It wierd but I happen to be skinny and fat at the same time. I weigh 150 lbs im 5'10. I have fat around my stomach and my back and my thighs are big but my ams and my foreamrs are small. Most of my fat is on my stomach. I think I have a 16% body fat, i used this machine to check. Now i want to weightlift and build mass and get bigger weigh around 175 lbs eventually. But my body looks like sh*t right now, its not tonned or defined, i have a roll on my stomach. So i figured that for right now it would be better if i got rid of the bodyfat that i have and maintain all the muscle that i possibly can. I want to go to the beach, even if im skinny, a toned body with no fat with abs showing is a better body. I figure that after I lose all that extra fat, then I can start working out, by eating more but still keeping the carbs low, it would be kinda impossible to be as fat as i am now if i work it off first then start the weighlifting.
