Ok now that thats out of the way...the healing can begin lol. Um...Im 16 5'6 and a little chubby but muscular cuz of football and powerlifting. Im filipino but a little darker than most. Im full blooded filipino but I look very spanish/Hawaiien(sp?) and I'd say im handsome but I have ZERO confidence. I'm funny and make people laugh very easily but I get so nervous around girls when they walk by and make eye contact, I immediately look straight at my feet. I can hold a conversation but cant start one. Im insecure about alot of things. I've never had a girlfriend. AND....I've been scouring every corner of this site. Im really glad to have found this place and I think it'll be very good for me to follow the advice given. I really appreciate what you guys do and I think its a very valuable public service. OK, so I cant update cuz Im leaving for hawaii for 2 weeks but I'll keep a little notebook of my approaches. My biggest hurdle will be my shyness. It binds me. It chains me to the floor. Its clutches my vocal chords and twists my posture into the shape of a question mark. Okedoke, lets change my life boys.

Start with just holding the eye contact. Then take baby steps, such as smiling. then saying hey, then after a few days of those baby steps, advance to the small talk. THen numbers.

EIther that or just dive right in, which ever you feel more comfortable with.
