I disagree with this quote by Marilyn Monroe. In my opinion, it doesn't mean anything if you can make a woman laugh. Of course, laughing has a way of making you feel connected to the people around you and it breaks the ice when meeting someone for the first time but it is still overrated.

Women want masculine, dominant men and not a funny clown. If she laughs at your jokes, it doesn't mean anything. Every now and then, you can say something funny, but only if you want to, not to gain her approval or to 'make her feel closer to you'.

Women know what they want and they know what turns them on. They are fully aware of it. However, they will never tell you.. because women don't believe men should be allowed to "cheat" at the game. So a woman will never tell you how to improve yourself in a way that actually makes you more attractive. That is cheating. Women believe that REAL attractive men will show themselves naturally and the clueless men who need to ask women for dating advice are obviously not attractive... and thus.. not worth dating... and thus.. only fit to be emotional support, stand-ins, entertainment and BFF's while she dating real men.

I think women give dating advice for their own entertainment to watch stupid men try to follow it. She believes.. if a man is really attractive... he would:

1. Not listen to anything she says
2. Not need her dating advice
3. Be f*cking her instead of asking her questions

Being funny can be done in a seducing manner. The way you SS guys view things in black & white and absolutes is annoying.

No being a clown won't get you into a woman's pants but a sense of humor does help.

Making someone laugh creates an emotional connection (contrary to popular belief, can happen with a woman) an emotional connection leads to familiarity, familiarity leads to trust, then bam just like that you've fūcked her after knowing her 5 hrs and in three days she's trying to buy you a car. However, in my humble opinion, being funny comes from the understanding of social dynamics and it's manipulation. Perhaps what Marilyn Monroe meant was:

'If you're charismatic enough, you can get ANYONE to do ANYTHING.'

Agreed. So many people confuse what women ENJOY versus what TURNS THEM ON. Of course women ENJOY humor. Why not? But I don't believe for one second that she would F the guy JUST because he's funny.

And a celebrity like Marilyn would certainly demand much more from a man than humor lol.

A chick needs to find you attractive personally to "make her do anything" and get butterflies/ "make her laugh" otherwise you're just the funny friendzoned dude.

If a chick finds you personally attractive she'll laugh and giggle at most things you may say that you yourself don't even find necessarily hilarious.

If simply making chicks laugh made chicks "do anything" then every funny guy would have chicks throwing themselves at them and having chicks do whatever they wanted specifically off of humor alone which we all know isn't reality.
