If you ever need help with nutrition and excersize im your guy.

But for now I have some shocking news for you. Remember this next time i advise you to excersize.



Weight loss with out excersize can increase your bf% yep you heard me correctly it can increase your body fat percentage. Excersize maintains your muscles. Whilst lowenirg your calorie intake will destroy fat and muscle. Muscle is destroyed more then fat because it is more water based. If you excersize your body will maintian the muscle.

If you do not excersize then your muscles will just disapear, you may loose weight but because most of the weight you lost was muscle mass, the proportion of your body made up of fat will now be larger then before, hence a larger bodyfat %

Next time i say excersize, take my word for it.

I think most people who write here are very fanatical about not losing muscle. It's common sense, the body don't need the muscles if they are not used. Not any exercise will do, heavy compound lifting in the gym, not some running in the tracks.

Actuly running will do. Well it will do for your legs, it does not work your upper body thats why runners have skinny upper bodys. But like if you did a lot of swimming it would maintain your muscles as they are asuming they are like normal, obviously if you are really built then you will need to workout with heavy weights to keep your muscles.
