Without trolling I think getting in the gym and getting in good condition DEFINATLEY helps when it comes to attracting women.
I used to be 168lbs "skinnyfat" i.e a bit of a pot belly and skinny arms etc. I started working out and within 3 months I was 176, had slightly visable abs and had put about 2" on my arms and just looked way better, and i saw a sharp increase in female attention just from that. I went down a pant size and up a shirt size
But that's not the only reason to do it, excercise is great for the body AND mind, gets those happy chemicals flowing, I love the feeling after a good workout, why wouldn't people want to be fit, healthy and strong? You look better, you feel better, your sexual performance will be better etc etc.
There's a ton of upsides and on downsides, it's just you need to be balanced as with anything in life, don't go on roids or get obsessed, but if you at least eat a good healthy diet and get in the gym 3-4 times a week, I promise theres no downsides to it.
