If she's sick, do you txt to check on her?

Ran into an interesting situation with txting. Curious what you guys think.

I generally don't ever txt message girls as I think it's pretty gay and would rather talk on the phone or kick it in person.

When I picked her up she told me she was sick when I went to hug her. As the date went on she told me she had called in sick for work that day.. and later after telling me she was cold and wanting me to warm her up, she pulled away when I tried to kiss her.. She explained that she had pink eye, was going to cancel the date, then decided to just txt me and tell me she had it, but then decided to just roll with it call in sick, go to the doctor, get eye drops and sleep for a good portion of the day so she could go out on the date.

So last night I was faced with prediction. Normally I wouldn't make contact for a while after a date to build interest, however, since she was sick, and had called in sick to work, and done everything she could to still make the date, I figured I should hit her up and see how she was feeling?

What do you guys do if a plate is sick that you are spinning.

Man you should have ended the date the second she told you she was sick. Drop her off at home and tell her to get some rest, she aint gonna be any fun if she's not feeling well.

Unless kissing a girl with pinkeye is a turn on for you, I think you were pretty stupid to try to kiss a sick girl...Do you really want pinkeye THAT badly?

I would not text to build interest, you need to make up for some of your mistakes anyway. Like throw in some IODs to replace your IOIs.
Next time you do contact her though I'd joke about her being sick, like if you set up another date "Are you sure your pinkeye is gone? I don't wanna kiss you and wake up the next morning with goo all over my face."

I didn't know she had pink eye until the date was like almost over.. She was trying to hide it from me. And she told me she was sick right when I got there but made it seem like it was just a cough or something..
