If I were Mod of the HS Forum...

I would delete all of these posts that overanalyze, that become obsessed with the behavior of one solitary chick. Guys, not to be a **** or anything but the DJ Bible is probably the first thing you should look when you get to the forums. Before you open somebody else's post, before you create one of your own or before you even update your friggin' profile, READ THE BIBLE. There are too many guys on here that are acting like little chumps and wasting screen space by writing things like: "omg like dude..this one girl...she smiled at me...and then the next time i saw her...she didnt...does this mean she liked me and lost interest?". Calm down guys. The thing that really bugs me is when you guys get "oneitis". I've been there, done that. I know how it goes and I know how easy it is to get over it. In no way am I saying don't ask for advice. Please, for everybodys sanity, make sure that your asking for advice instead of asking for somebody to solve your problems. Let's say you like this girl, but you don't know if she likes you. Read the bible, look for something that pertains to your situation. You can't find it? Alright, now post. Don't post "Does she like me?" How are we supposed to know. Try to phrase it like this, "I've noticed her doing this and this, and I'm confused about this. The bible says that it probably means this, but I've got a feeling that it means this. Does that make sense or am I not seeing things clearly at the moment. I might have missed something so point it out if you catch it." That seems kind of off, but you get the general idea. The one thing that bugs me about sosuave.com is the guys who just don't get it. Theres hope for you guys though, you just have to want it bad enough.

i only read a bit of this post, and all i can say is that the mods do what they can but have you noticed that if threads are deleted every one has a go at the mods, oh you should not delete that.

there was a case not long ago where geo and eternal where in a prediciment because they where acting in a way that some members saw as 'inapropriate' well the fact is that them acting like this was all a spin off originating from people getting anoyed at there posts being closed, this has just given me an idea tohu, i will post it in suggestion and feedback.

Midwest, here is the dilema:

A; Mod closes/deletes thread that could be answered in the bible. Members are outraged at censorship. Huge war erupts attacking moderators.

B; Mod doesn't close or delete thread. People proceed to flame member with "read the bible you idiot!" Moderators get yelled out for leaving thread alone.

It's a lose-lose situation to be a moderator...

If the mods did that, I'm not sure there would be a HS forum left.

Oh sorry guys just woke up and since I'm the only mod who does anything in HS it might take a while for me to get to EVERYTHING that happens.

If I find a thread that is OMG READ THE BIBLE, I'll close it, but not everything is that simple. I really try to take care of this forum because I knew what it was like when it was ignored by the mods.
