If I post to a Facebook group she belongs to does it break the no contact rule?

I created a private Facebook page. She's a member. Yesterday I posted something for everyone to see not sure if she got an alert for it but she did see the post as she is on the list of people who saw it. It was a general post but does that count as contact? Do I not count that day?

No it does not count!!

Breaking NC only counts if you communicate directly with her!!

Getting information from you in a general form is not communication with her!!

Delete her from your group....no reason to have her amongst the group!!

Don't count any NC days....just forget about her.....counting makes you think of her!!

I do not think it would count. Especially if it is a single group lol

But more import, I agree with bigneil about Facebook.

Facebook is becoming Cosmo Magazine on steroids in our time. No good for men all the way around. Why support it?

You're overthinking this sh*t. I can tell by your frame of mind you're probably best off deleting her from the group or blocking her. Otherwise, who gives a fvck if she sees you posted to the group page? That shouldn't be important to you. Her reaction to it is irrelevant.

If you write a newspaper article and she reads it, does it break the no contact rule?

To follow up on that...I stopped replying to this bi*ch but didn't delete her off fb. Went ice cold NC and never looked back. She still likes my posts sometimes. Do I give a fvck? Nope. I could just delete her, but I don't even give enough fvcks to do that.

I blocked her on day 1 of breakup on every platform. Her family was in my friends list I even blocked them as well. No Contact is a serious thing don't take it lightly.

Facebook is giving extra importance to even ugly *****es. **** even the fat ones have orbiters. :D wtf

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

There's are no strict rules to "NC". The whole idea of it is to break away from her and get yourself back on you feet. As long as you're not intentionally posting in hope the message somehow "get you back together" then it doesn't matter.

My advise; pretend she doesn't exist and carry on with your life.
