A girl I've gone on two dates who texts me a lot inbetween has drunk texted me on three different occasions when she's been out with her girl friends. She includes stuff like hope i've had a great day, she wants a cuddle, that I haven't text her all day, that she wants a good morning beautiful text, kissy emojis etc.

Now if I'm out, sometimes I used to drunk text but now I've always turned my phone off.

The other night I was out but I teased her about her drunk texts, anyway she put " hahaa...I would totally appreciate a drunken text. No have a fab time, have a few drinks for me xx"

I didn't send her a drunken text, even though she said she'd "appreciate one". Did I do the right thing not sending one?

I felt like if I did it would be predictable or it might lower my value and that because I didn't send anything (which might include details of how my night went) that she would have to reach out to me to ask how my night went etc

What? Dude... you wanna have value in the eyes of a girl who drunken texts you three times and tells you it would be cute for you to drunken text her, but you didn't drunken text her because a giant green monster showed up at the bar holding three pussies in his hand and the pussies talked... what?!

How old are you? What are your life goals?

A drunk text is often something you will potentially regret for, so why take the risk ?

"she'd appreciate a drunken text" to me is basically telling that she is unsure about you (because you're doing things right keeping the attraction high), therefore she'd like you to be in a vulnerable state (drunk) in order to open up and reveal more of your true feelings for her.

revealing a little is ok, but revealing too much kills the mistery. if you are drunk, you won't be able to see that difference correctly, and you might end up saying more than you should have.

don't drunk text.

Luckily I've never opened up and shown my feelings in drunk texts before like "i like you" etc, it's always been me rambling saying my night was good and hope theirs is too, with a joke etc.

I will admit I NEARLY sent one last night, but I got distracted. Off the top of my head It was going to say something like "hey to one of the most stunning girls in the north ;) guess i owe you a drunk text back and hope I don't wake you up, if so that's my new job being your alarm clock.. had an interesting night! You'll make a great teacher. Looking forward to seeing you soon, goodnight". (she passed an interview for a job in teaching).

Don't know if it was exactly that but it rings a bell

That's what I sort of remember wanting to text her but I never got around to it. Let's say I had sent this, would that have been really awful considering she's drunk text me things like wanting a cuddle and her saying I hadn't text her all day etc?

What do you mean exactly here? That I'm doing the right things and not giving away whether I like her or not? As I've heard women are attracted to guys who's feelings are unclear.

Would you say it's ok to drunk text a girl, if she does it more times back? As long as you're not saying stuff that kills the mystery like "i like/love you" etc. I mean things like compliments and jokes?

When I'm drunk I don't lose total control of the good and bad things to say, so not worried about that. I just get overly confident.

Nope, dont drunk text...because that can go really sideways and you dont want to get into all that mess. If you are not drunk then text her. If you are drunk, then suggest she call an uber and get to your place.

In my experience I only drunk text men I am into....

If she's drunk texting you the time may be right to go get her, hang and have fun if you need to, then give her a ride home, taking her to your place.

You been on two dates. The only reason you should call or "txt" her is to set up a date. You must keep communication to a minimum in-between dates. She must think or "worry" about you when your not around. (Mystery) Its okay if she reaches out to you, it shows she is Interested.

So ask for her a 3rd date and see where it goes.

I realise this, unless she contacts me. But what if the drunken me sends something? I'd feel more open to if she sends drunken texts to me a lot already.

She's with her girl-friends. We go to bars when we meet up, but she drives into the city centre as she lives in a little town outside of the city. I guess if she got the house free she might (we both live with our parents) or unless she got the bus, but I'd be reluctant to send her back drunk on her own at night lol

I doubt she was drunk on all 3 occasions, one of them she was perfectly sober but used liqour as a cover.
She's interested, either go get drunk with her and her friends or invite her over for a drink at your place. Either way get in there!
