No matter what, usually even when theres no social pressure on me whatsoever, I have sweaty hands. I want to intiate kino with this girl to take our relationship to the next step, but I'm afraid that she'll feel my sweaty hands and be turned off immediately.

Can anyone help me with this? Is there a product or method I can use to keep them dry? Does hand lotion work (I've never used it before)

A friend of mine has a problem with this and I think in some people its a condition called hyperhydrosis or something....he sweats alot through his hands when he gets nervous or something or like when he's taking a test...he says he has to use some kind of powder on his hands which helps him...I guess you could try wipping your hands off before you initate kino?
I don't know how bad your condition is because it varies from people, you should really try finding some info about it and maybe go to a doctor if you can to find out what you can do about it....

Try using your pockets to dry your hands. If it's that bad, put some paper towels down in there to dry them.

Put some antiperspirant/deodorant on your hands before going out.

Well, its not like terribly bad where my hands are like soaking, but you can tell they're wet when they're touched.

The antiperspirant DOES work.

I also have this condition and its one of the few things im selfconscious about.

Here's basically what I do:

before bed, put a nice streak of deodorant on both palms, and then rub it in. The next day your palms should be okay. I also keep a stick in the car, so when I go out at night, I wipe it on a couple more times. Don't get that gel deodorant. Get the white sticks.

The only downside is your palms will get cold sometimes.

It gets really bad sometimes too. Like if I'm watching hockey or something and i'm on edge, my hands get clammy and look like I just came out of a swimming pool.

Haven't got around to seeing a doctor about it yet, but there is some sort of treatment/operation for it. It's risky, so...

good luck, if I get it done i'll pm you how it goes.

since we are on the topic of hands, does anyone get cold hands? if so do you know if it is a result of lack in sugar?

Yes it does. Actually, I use the gel and just rub it in until it disappears.
Used to do this before going on job interviews back when I was looking for a job and didn't want to give a sweaty handshake from being nervous.

Sweaty hands may be diet related, with deficiencies in certain organs. Western medicine prescribes an actual surgery to fix this. Chinese medicine uses herbs and stuff. I'd check out a chinese herbalist. The deodorant will probably work, but it's just a band aid. Cut it at the root.
