Yes, well, I've been fat for a long time and I've finally decided to do something about it. I have a goal of building up my abs and muscles by the time school starts again in August -- that gives me about 2 months or so, of hard, reckless working out. I basically want to go from, fat, nice kid, to the irresistible guy with a nice body, that all the girls want. I know it's going to take a lot of work, but I have a lot of motivation, every time I start giving up, I start thinking about how, by working out everyday, I'll eventually have 6 Pack Abs. Although can you guys give some tips on exercises to do? I basically want to firm up my butt, build up my abs and build up my muscles, if that helps. Right now, I'm basically just doing about 40 or so sit ups and lift a few weights and while it's helping lose a few pounds, it's not really helping me build up my body. I don't have alot of equipment, so I'm looking for exercises that you can you can just get up and do at home, things like sit-ups, pushups, you get the drill.

I'm about 198 right now, fat, not really built. I want to atleast get my weight down to about 150 by the time school starts, heck, even if it takes after school starts to reach my goal, I'll do it.

Read the cutting guide. That's about all I can say. Losing 50lbs in two months is... well... maybe set your sights a little lower. If you want a good example of what hard work and dedication can get you, check out John Stone Fitness.

The changes you're looking for is not going to happen in a couple of months. Give it a year and you'll be alright.

man, think about it, here's your situation:

you are a fat guy. your goal is not to just lose weight, but to become muscular. however, you can't work out. all this stuff has to happen within 2 months.

basically, you're asking a way to lose 50 pounds (20kgs) and trasform another *at least* 30 pounds (12kgs) of fat muscle in 2 months, by doing pushups and sit-ups. no, there is not, i'm sorry.

anyway, you can become more fit, so here's what i suggest that you should do:

1. i don't care about what other guys say, do lots of cardio. i'm not talking about 20 minutes or so. you have to lose 50 pounds of fat in 2 months, you have to stick a pepper in your ass and start to run all around the city for at least 2 hours a day.

2. ride a bike as much as you can

3. buy a jump rope and skip it while watching tv or surfing the net. watch a scene/read a webpage while skipping. rest while you watch/read the next one. then, skip again. then rest again and so on... you get it

4. never stay still, you should always move

5. start playing some basketball and/or soccer

forget about pushups and situps until you get to 170lbs, then massacre yourself with them
