I have gotten this statement from more than a few girls. Sometimes I'll come close to scoring with them but then they'll throw this message out of nowhere, how should I react/respond to this?

Lol! I get this! I just laugh, camp it up, do a really good gay impression, kino loads and then carry on running game as normal. I even get told I'm a bit too good at my gay act. They seem to love it though...

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

Hate to say it, but when girls start busting on you like that it may mean sexual tension is diminishing and that you are slowly slipping into a quasi friend zone. If a girl ever teases me like that, starts calling me "dork" or other childish names, I usually take it as a sign that I need to tone down the aloof extroversion and up the testosterone.

Take it as a subtle hint to man up.

No that's wrong... anytime I get called a "dork" "jerk" "nerd" etc... by a girl it's usually a tall tale sign they're into me/you. I'm not sure about "gay" though - never came across that one before?
You sure about that? Their conscious justification for saying it might be because they are into you, but subconsciously I believe strongly that it has to do with a shift of power. It's also a warning sign in my opinion that they are getting a little too comfortable and that you are starting to become less of a challenge. I don't let girls get away with that so early, and I will pull as soon as they feel they have "secured me" in any way. I've never ran into the "gay" insult either, by the way.

"I wish I were gay." Ha ha! Or, "Actually, I am. And I must say I find you rather attractive." ;)

Just my opinion - tell her, "Really, you think so? Lets find out.." and makeout or do some heavy KINO. let her resist it.

Took the words out of my mouth. Say something of the "what can I do to prove you wrong?" ilk. Maybe, "I bet if I get you alone, you won't think I'm gay for long..." etc.

hmm... try

"well i might be... i'd love to get into those pants" (in a sexual euphemism type of way)

i think thats a total shocker for a girl.

back in high school i was in line with my buddy who introduced me to his hot asian friend (that i already knew of).

im the quiet type so she was talking to my buddy in line, eventually she just looks at me and says "i bet i can fit into your jeans." and i quickly did a vertical check out on her as she was looking at my eyes. and i said "maybe, but i'd love to get into your pants". (or something less forward... i don't really remember how forward it was or not)

later that lunch period at our own tables he was like "dude... that was awesome... i cant believe you said that to her"...then he talked about how she was completely shocked and about how i just met her. and told the whole table.

he always said i have no game when i try... but at random times without even knowing it... i have the best game ever.

------

i don't know if i believe what daygameguy says about the make out... that sounds like an intro to a porn movie. but putting your hand over her arm or shoulder or back sounds believable.

she would do it to see if you have any self respect, at the point where she is pretty sure you don't. it's basically an insult- the kind of guy she's after will basically look at her in disbelief, say 'what the fvck?' and just walk away.

how are you that desperate you would try to sleep with a woman who in all seriousness suggested you are gay? of course, if she's being very lighthearted, then you take it as such and tease her back. but it seems a pretty weird thing for an interested woman to say. christ.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Girls communicate feelings rather than direct meanings like us guys. When she says "I think you're gay" she is communicating a feeling - that she is into you and wants you to make a move!

Yes, women often communicate with immediate feeling opposed to rationality, but how the hell do you come to the conclusion that "I think you're gay" translates emotionally to "I am into you"? Even if a woman says this to you in the most playful and innocuous way possible, I don't know how you can possibly think that it's a good sign.

Smack, you posted a thread back in May about targeted feminist messages coming from society and Rollo responded with the following:

Rollo Tomassi said:
So essentially, the better you emulate a homosexual man the better a heterosexual you'll be. This is exactly the same premise as Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. The idea is that gay men are completely neutered, and therefore do not represent a sexual threat - thus they become privy to the "inner world" of how women think and can show you how to act as a heterosexual should by emulating a homosexual.
The bottom line that you yourself argued is that women are attracted to men.

If a woman says "I think you're gay", whether joking or not, there exists a conscious or unconscious thread in her mind leading her to directly question your masculinity. Even if she was just teasing you to provoke a reaction, why would you ever want to associate yourself in any way to homosexuality?

I know a lot of you are probably thinking something along the lines of "Dude, it's just a joke, she doesn't really mean it. Stop over analyzing, she's teasing you", and if so you would be completely missing the point. Even if she happens to just be teasing you, every time you continue to allow an association like that pass--either by playing along or allowing it to perpetuate--you continue to diminish your perceived masculinity or at the very least open the door for this to take place. Think about it. You are effectively anchoring the POLAR OPPOSITE of what women INHERENTLY and FUNDAMENTALLY find attractive TO YOURSELF.
