I am finding that my wrists and forearms are getting tired faster than my chest, and limiting the number of reps I can do. The form I use:

1) lay on the bench and extend the dumbbells straight up with the palms facing towards my legs.
2) bring them down slowly and start reps

Again, wrists and forarm getting stressed out while my chest doesn't feel like it did anything. Suggestions??

this happened to me a while ago... Workout your forearms seperately, and that should help alleviate the problem.

do deadlifts, they'll bust your forearms.
i thought deadlifts were a back exercise meant to work out hamstrings and lower back????????????

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

They build grip strength, thus, forearms. Shrugs do the same thing. Holding two plates together between your thumb and fingers (edge together) is a good forearm workout as well.

Deadlifts work nearly every muscle in your body, much like squats.

How do your elbows move when you do the dumbell press? Elbow position is very important.
