When I work during sumer or Xma break, I feel so relaxed and I am so productive. I do not worry because there is no HW, no studying, just wake up and work!
However, in college I wake up worried and go to bed worried and somewhat nervous.
I can't help it. You got HW and other things and they are rated based on quaity, not how much work you put into it!

What are ways to just relax (without alcohol) yourself and get rid of at least MOST of that nervousness and worryness?
