I Need Help - Not Oneitis but I Don't Want to Ruin a Friendship

This girl is a friend of mine and we just started hanging out again. I noticed her at work 2 years ago and found her to be so attractive I had to meet her. She was an HB9 back then but since we started hanging out again she is clearly an 10 now, mainly because her boobs grew.
