I need help bulking up

The main problem I have is that I just cant find the motivation to actually work out! Despite the fact that I'm a 2 minue walk away from the workout facillity at my apartment, I can't pull myself away from the computer and go do it.

And secondly, I want to increase my arms (biceps, triceps, manly) and what are some good exercises I can do with dumbbells/weight machine? Also, I use Wey protien after I work out, but what are some good ways to increase the muscle gain, do you guys advise Creatine?

first, read some of the stickies here

second, only you can motivate yourself. try searching on "motivation" here if you like, but recognize that you have to create the will to work out, and then make it a habit. if you have to "pull away" from stuff to do it all the time, you never will.

third, you need to increase your overall size (esp. your back) to add any significant size to your arms.

If you schedule consistent days/times to go, then there's no excuse not to go because it was pre-planned.

If you can't even do that then you're hopeless, and I hope you have a good time floundering through life like the rest of the weak average.

I either go during lunch at work or right after work. If I don't go at lunch I have no choice but to go immediately after work. There really isn't any other option because I don't let there be another option and it would throw everything into chaos and wreck the rest of my schedule. If I have something to do immediately after work then i have no option but to go during lunch.

You need to form a very high level of desire for wanting to get in shape, bigger, stronger, or whatever.

Then you need to act. You need to realize it might be inconvenient. You need to realize it might not be fun to go in there and HAVE to bust your ass.

I use to be like you. I hadn't made ANY gains in a period of over two years when I came to college. I would work out one week, then not another, then not eat one day, then not do something else another day. Things always got in the way. Girlfriends got in the way. HW got in the way. Work got in the way. Distance got in the way.

Point is there were always problems making it difficult. Point is now that there will ALWAYS be problems facing us, and EVERYONE has to deal with them.

Lots of guys I know WANT to get stronger or built or whatever but how many actually DO IT? NOT MANY. Most COMPLAIN.

PAIN, FEAR, HESITATION, WEAKNESS, and COMPLAINING DO NOT ENTER THE WEIGHT ROOM.

Thanks guys, this is just the kick in the ass I needed to get motivated to start working out. I'll start tomorrow right after work at around 9pm :box:
