The main problem I have is that I just cant find the motivation to actually work out! Despite the fact that I'm a 2 minue walk away from the workout facillity at my apartment, I can't pull myself away from the computer and go do it.
And secondly, I want to increase my arms (biceps, triceps, manly) and what are some good exercises I can do with dumbbells/weight machine? Also, I use Wey protien after I work out, but what are some good ways to increase the muscle gain, do you guys advise Creatine?
