I have a big problem, and I want to solve it.
The problem : Everyday I have things to do, like learn something important, do something important, ..important stuff.And I started to write a plan everyday.In some days I follow the plan, in other days it just appear something that distracts me, like a game, a movie, friends calling me to go out ...
Everytime I get distracted by things not as important as my main task.What's my problem ? Is something about habits ? What should I do to fix this ?
