I lose control of myself

I have a big problem, and I want to solve it.

The problem : Everyday I have things to do, like learn something important, do something important, ..important stuff.And I started to write a plan everyday.In some days I follow the plan, in other days it just appear something that distracts me, like a game, a movie, friends calling me to go out ...

Everytime I get distracted by things not as important as my main task.What's my problem ? Is something about habits ? What should I do to fix this ?

An important thing to remember is that STARTING is actually the HARDEST PART! Seems easy doesn't it? Well it's much easier to do important things if you're used to doing them everyday, then it's part of your life. Right now, you're trying to break your normal habit, which is the tough part, so hang in there.

Basically you have to know that all you need to do is FORCE yourself to do things for about a week, and you'll find these type of things start coming easier to you and you wont have any problems anymore. There's no easy answer i'm afraid, you just gotta start doing things. That's it.

Life is to short.

If you HAVE TO do something that you do not want to do then finish it as quickly as possible and move on to the interesting bit that you want to do. However if you DON’T HAVE to do something but want to do something that you enjoy, then drop what you are doing immediately and go enjoy yourself:cheer: .
Life is to short.
