Well theres a couple girls interested in my, but I have my eye on one of them. Shes damn cute and is showing interest. But we never really come close in terms of proximity, I can see her eyeing me from a distance and were never gotten close enough for me to say hello or smile. Shes constantly looking at me, any ideas on how to proceed?
I know shes interested, how to start?

Go up to her, and say..."Hi"
Simple like that. Well it sounds simple, might take some courage first to actually going up and talking her for guys. If you don't got the guts to go up to her, you gotta learn not to give a sh*t. Get that down, and you won't care what you say to her, and she won't either. As long as she sees that your not trying to impress her, or brag to her and whatnot, shes going to see the genuine you and maybe eventually start to be real attracted to you.

Yeah man just say "Hi, Hows it going?" If shes already showing you signs of interest. She can't give you any bulls***t for that, if she does then fu(k her she wasn't interested to begin with.
Do you have any classes with her?
That might make it easier to start talking to her.
My current gf had one class with me, and I also hung out with her group of friends after school and thats basically how we got to know each other.
Its kinda aukward in HS to just go up to a girl you've never spoken to...and say "hi".
What i'd do would be walk past her...give eye contact...and be like:
You: "I saw that!
" *smile*
Her: *smiles back* "saw whaaat?"
You: "You were checking me out...again" (shes constantly looking at you)
Something ****y like that will work. She'll just be like "NOOO i wasn't!!" and just be like "SUUUUREE" and keep buggin her about it everytime you see her. I'm tired right now so I guess thats not a good example, but you get the point.
Make it a fun interaction and that image of "fun" will stick with you when she thinks of you. Pretty soon you'll have her msn, flirting with her, and then you guys start hanging out and then you guys are together!

PS. A quick tip....befriend her friends. flirt with them (the girl ones of course...unless you swing both waays haha)
Once a girl has her friend's approval for a guy, it makes it that much more likely she will go out with you.

. From there you can introduce yourself to the whole group, learn their names, and ask what they're doing. Show that your a fun guy, and they'll most likely invite you to come along.
