I don't need to read all this shyte about bulking and cutting. first of all what the hell do they mean? second of all i need to start from the beginning. I know general nutrition ****. I would like to see a boot camp for getting buff posted in addition to the DJ Boot Camp. that would be awesome. I understand that i can lose weight if i cut calories. If I lift it makes u gain muscle mass. I'm posting this at the risk of looking like a total amature. However I want answers. please help me on my search fellow DJ's!!!
Thanks

two hint strech. I fyou don't your mucels won't expand. Two cutting food intake will also cut your bodys regeneration system and you will not gain muscle.

Bulking= For Skinny people trying to gain weight and muscel

Cutting= Equals obese people eating less

Both combined with exercise.

THere is a few posts around here about it and some really good guides. Try the search engine if not I'll post you some links later.

Also if you responded to my sugestion. I think it was you. I posted the link to body language guide in thier

Fo muscel just do exerciese to define your muscels as long as you arn' overwieght this will work

Lifting along with proper rest and nutrition will make you gain muscle, yes. If you want to get "buff" find out your body fat percentage (a rough estimate would be if you can see any abdominal muscles for example) and if it is higher than you want, go on a cutting plan, if not go on a bulking plan. To maximize muscle gain you have to gain some fat too. See DIESEL's guides for each.

Read anything DIESEL writes in this forum. The guy knows what he's talking about. :)

Also here are some good websites:

http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ (avoid the highschool/ teens section, most of em are so caught up in trying to make themselves sound big to others that they think they outlift the professional body builders and post a lot of bad info)

Don't worry, people aren't born with knowledge about weight lifting. Everyone was an amateur once.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Diesel's guides ARE the bootcamp. Take a good look at both of them starting with the bulking guide. They are really all you need to know.
