Well, besides that, you'll want to keep it brief. Tell her something that makes you sound busy. Ask her how her day went. Ask her about her work...Let her speak for a minute and then set up a date, or if you have a crazy schedule tell her you'll call her at this time and set something up then.

Don't make it longer than three or four minutes - tops...if that.

Always end the conversation first. Preferably this is when you imply that you're a busy guy.
