I have been working out for 18 months now,and I have to admit I feel good. I have lost many pounds and my body is firmer. I usually weight myself before working out and after. I would usually see a decrease in my weight after I had worked out. Now the opposite happens to me. I weight 3 to 5 pounds more after my work out , is that normal?
I have seen the carbs shakes and bars, but when I read the nutrution facts, they have a lot of calories, and I worry they might make me gain weight, will they?
Thanx for any reply

As far as the weight thing goes if you eat more calories than you burn your body stores it hence you gain weight bottomline.

don't weigh yourself within a few hours of eachother, it's not accurate. No scale is the same. Does it make sense to you? Or do you think there is machine error?
