A couple days a go i was given 200 "up-downs" by my coach. If you dont know what those are, you start off standing and chopping your feet, you drop flat on the ground and push your self up, and then stand back up and repeat, its almost like doing 200 pushups. My arms, shoulder, chest, back and sides are extremely sore. I literally cant straighten my arm fully, i cant lift my arm to put deodorant, i cant even reach my fork to eat my food and when im standing i walk like a retard because im so tensed up, how can i relieve the pain?
