Descrease your calories while upping cardio - your body should atrophy slowly. Stop when you think you're the right size, and do a maintenence diet/lifting regimin.

it's not just that, i really don't like being this muscular...but am addicted to the gym.

You are obviously on crack. I don't know why I'm sayin this but RUN, for a long time, run some more, and when you're done, run some more. That'll burn the muscle off. btw, I'll take it!!

You're lucky this is the Internet, because all of us who would kill to get bigger would do horrible things to you if this were real life.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

i have to say this is a new one to me.

first, let me say im initial imression is that you're really not that big. if you really were "too big" you wouldnt be posting it, because to get really big, it takes years of hard work and dedication and doesnt just happen.

a pic would be best, but if you dont please post height, weight, and body fat (to your best estimate).

I have gotten too big and musculah ... I need to find a way to get smallah. My tremendous pectoral muscles are too huge and my ahms are so big I cannot brush my teeth ... please help me to get smallah.

I promise that I'm not a troll. I weighed 320 lbs. when I was 19. Went on a made diet and didn't lift weights, then hit a low 190. Well I looked very sick. Over the last three years I've been in the gym hard, but I realized over the last year my cardio has gone diet and I haven't really watched my diet. When I say too big, I'm meaning bulk. I'm 6'1 about 245 I'm guessing. I want to get back down to the 220 level as soon as possible.

I strated a negative calorie diet again yesterday, bought some CLA and another GNC product called Thermo Boost. With water and a dedicated regime I should be able to cut that in a month.

No need to get made guys, but I had a few girlfriends say that I was too big and very intimidating to girls. Not what I want to be.

What is your bodyfat level? If you haven't had that tested, you should asap. I'm guessing that it's not that you are too muscular but that you are too fat; that you need to lose fat, not muscle.

I agree that it is fat. Over the last year I quit doing cardio and quit watching what I ate. Instead of just bulking up the muscle built under the fat because of this. I don't know my body fat, but I've already started a strict trimming down phase. Lots of vegetables.

One more thing, I'm thinking that since I already have muscle burning off fat should be a little bit easier.

My guesstimate is that maybe you're a meso-endomorph. Thus, you're likely to have a heavy bone structure. Even taking that into account, you shoudl optimally weigh about 190-210 pounds in lean muscle, w/o much fat.
