Few girls are hot at all times, most need at least a bit of preparation with clothing and/or makeup. That's actually the final criteria a woman needs to pass for me rank her as a 9: does she look hot no matter how she is dressed and how little makeup she's wearing?

I can understand that, but I at least want the body to be there. And to wataf, I don't care how she will look in 10 years, I care how she looks now.
