No homo, first of all.

Anyway, in the process of bulking, I've begun to realize that my ass has gotten pretty humongous. The b!tches like it, I think, every so often some chick grabs it or says, "nice ass", but it personally ****s with my posture (I look like I have perpetual anterior pelvic tilt). I think it's a side affect of gaining some bf% from bulking; I'm starting a cutting cycle in a week anyway.

Are there any other ways to minimize my badonkadonk? Ways to sag your pants? Wearing more shorts?

I feel like a chick. Thanks in advance.

You may have a hormone problem if you are collecting fat in female places.

I have the same problem dude. I searched for a million reasons to explain it awhile ago, but couldn't find one. Tight hip flexors could be the cause, in which case the solution is to stretch them out frequently for weeks and weeks, and also incorporate more lower abdominal work into your workout. Both are things that I do now.

I also have had to suffer the excessive ass grabbing :)

If you've been bulking, and doing heavy squats, deadlifts. Your ass will grow quite a bit, but it will be muscle, not flab. If your ass jiggles, from bulking and heavy weight, something's not right. That's fat, not muscle.

Don't hide the issue with baggy pants, etc. I'm thinking you need "leg day" to be a bit more intensive.

I did give up heavy squats, I now do 2x10 squats on an IA program which feels great so far.

Um... if you're doing 2x10 wouldn't that make your ass larger than something like 3x5? 10 reps is in the hypertrophy range.
