If you're in college, and your 'friends' always blow you off, the odds are good that they really aren't your friends. After all, if they were, they would more than likely enjoy your company and want to have you around. The fact that they don't indicates that you may be better off finding other people who actually want to be around you.
Of course, there could be other issues at play here. For example, if you don't bathe on a regular basis, many people aren't going to want to be around you. If you have some huge physical deformity, chances are that people might make excuses not to hang out. If you're a normal guy, go out and meet different normal friends. You don't need to have people hanging out with you in order to meet new people... just go out, be yourself, and see what happens.

yeah I've recently come to the conclusion that my "best friend" has become a lame-ass who never wants to do anything. He uses the excuse that he's always tired from work, but he just works 35-40 hours a week and doesn't even have to get up until 9 or so. Didn't feel like doing stuff friday night, and doesn't feel like doing anything tonight because "it's raining". Well we're not gonna flying kites, dumbass!
