Using my power clean, jerk and squat routine. Just weighed myself today, up from 216 to 220. I know it's muscle too. My waistline is the same, if not a tiny bit slimmer. My shoulders are much harder, my arms are bigger, my quads are bigger too, my traps are higher, and my back is harder. This is pretty good for my first time trying to gain weight using weightlifting.
I'll keep reporting how this goes, and see if I can keep up the pace for 6-8 weeks.
