Abs are probably thee most important part of the body. I mean they drive women crazy. But i just HATE ab workouts, they burn like a b!tch and they take for fvcken ever to appear then i have to diet right and RUN i mean wtf. THERE HAS to be an easier wayyyyyyyyy. Do crunches and sit ups and all these ab workouts get my heart pumping like i just jogged in a marathon and they leave me feeling extremely light headed.
