Anyway, I was chatting with her on the phone today (for about an hour), she left for Europe in early October and is traveling until mid December. For the most I have the feeling that she is genuine (in most things she says and does). For instance, I tell her that I was invited to go see a movie with a girl (who is a friend from school) and my girlfriend and her are friends; and my girlfriend says to me "Do I have to be jealous of you two?....she is cute", I said no, she then says "Well, I have to ask because I'm this far away".
I don't know why she asks, not once have I asked her about anything remote to that since she has been away; I have trust in her, I'm not worried; it's until she breaks that trust then she can right f*ck off. Or when she asks if I'm going out on the weekends and I say yes, she says "Well, you better behave, and not do anything too crazy" (I guess she is referencing girls), I say that I won't (and I don't) but, I don't know why it sounds like she is talking to me like a petulant child (it bugs the sh*t out of me). I feel like telling her that is annoying.
There are other things, she tries to play these head games (which she claims are not) I don't know if they are but, my gut is telling me to say that, and she says "No, I'm not". There is a part of me that gets annoyed with, and I think she thinks she is hot sh*t, and that I have to do this and that. I have to mention that she is 27 and I am 21 (I don't know if that may be the reason). I'm not complaining really, she is a great girl and I like her but, there are some things about her....I don't know, that annoy me. She says something like "Well...if you still like me when I get back.....". I told her that I wouldn't be with her if I didn't like her.
She has told me that she has been hurt in the past (relationships), she finds it surprising that I have not once asked about her past relationships (she has asked me). She tries to burn me sometimes too when we talk (I let her get away with it sometimes) or I could be mean. That is a test of course, what is best way to handle a girl poking fun at you? act unphased?
Also, since I have been thinking about her alot (I guess the symptoms of 'oneitis') for any relationship to work, you can't be in to that person too much? is it all balance?
