I have a problem, with this.
When I'm almost to fight with someone, or challanged by someone I feel my body shaking, and my knees week.I know that I could beat that person, but I don't want to have problems after, because 99% of times when I've got into a fight the one(s) that challanged me was unconcious, or with a lot of damage.I have training in kick box, and karate in past, and I've have some experience, but I have this problem when someone want to challange me with words.
What is my problem ?
