I've always wondered about this "unboundless energy of youth" that people talk about. Where the hell is it for me? What can i do to increase my enegy levels without any drugs. I know working out and diet is supposed to help, but what else?

Its just an expression. With sleep, good eating habits, and a positive lifestyle, you should have optimum energy levels.

* CUT ENERGY CRAVING HABITS THAT ARE POINTLESS, (EXCESSIVE THINKING, DOING POINTLESS MOVEMENT LIKE DRUMMING WITH FEET WHEN YOU WAIT OR SIM...)

* KEEP YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS STABLE BY EATING STABLE CARBS (LOW GI)

* SLEEP AT LEAST 8 HOURS A DAY IF YOU ARE TRAINING

* RID YOURSELF OF ALL NEGATIVE THINKING AND BE POSITIVE

* RID YOURSELF OF DEMANDS THAT ARE PLACED UPON YOU, IF SOMEONE WANT YOU TO BE SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT, **** THEM!

* AVOID STACKING LOTS OF STUFF TO DO WITH NO REST

i was reading about meditation the other day, and i heard is good to revilitize youre body and energy levels or some **** like that.....

is also good to meditate and talk with your subconcious and learn **** about yourself or fix problems....like if youre too shy to talk to a girl?(bad example) meditate and ask your sub concious that and keep on doing it until youll eventually figuere out why.....

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
