i tried the 40 days and 40 nights thing. every other two days i jacked off again and it's starting to annoy me. i wanna cut the habit out because i always feel drained afterwards, and my nuts hurt, making me just sit around letting it heal off when i can be doing things. i even cancelled a date once because i was feeling so drained. what makes it worse is that i work out often, and it just causes more stress, especially when i'm doing plyometrics for better jumping - how did some of you cut it down to only once a week or so? or cut the habit out completely? i can't seem to.
