I cant spike my hair

Guys i tried spiking my hair upwards but it keeps falling down, I have a big nose so it helps draw attention away if i spike it up. It stays up for like a few minutes after i come out of the shower if i brush it in that direction but then after i put the spike gell, and hold spray it falls down within a minute. And if i dont put anything it naturally will fall down. My hair is about 2 1/2 inches long. I first apply got 2b glue spiking cement, then the giga hold spray. My nose is really long and it has a downward bend u can see the bump, and its ****ed up, i broke it twice. And my face doesnt look so sharp, it looks round and makes me look wierd. Is there any type of hairstyle other than spikes that can draw attention from ur nose/face.

guys i need help cuz my spikes comeou sucky, i made a post already but my spikes suck, any advice would be aprreciated!

You need a blow drier to achieve the height you want in your hair.

I've had it longer than 2.5 inches, and not had much trouble, and i've incredibly thick and non-conforming hair.

I use a putty/some other such variant, put it in nearly dry hair, and leave it for 10 mins odd so the product itself partially dries.

Then throw a bit more in the hands and mash it in, then hold em firmly against scalp, and pull back/forwards hard across/over the head, and you'll start getting some height.

Then from there spike it more etc. But make haste young stylist, as its already pretty much dry, so you don't have much time before it starts rubbing off.

make sure u got a good cut that can handle the spike style.

great clips aint gonna do it bro.

hit up a salon and get your hair cut down to a little under 2 inches and have them texturize it.

even though your nose may be fvcked up...i think you need more of an attitude correction than fixing your hair style.

you see, your spiking your hair to draw attention away from your nose. who the fvck cares if your nose looks messed up...it's not like people will no longer see it if you spike your hair; your nose will still be fvcked up.

you need to realize that your nose will be fvcked up for a long time...maybe until you get it fixed, or maybe for the rest of your life. accept it, because some day down the road you may lose your hair, and you'll be a bald guy with a crooked nose. what will you do then?

...and, i'm not just spewing all this without experience...take it from me because my nose is broken too.

i broke it back in elementary school and i can't get it straightened, or fixed until i'm around 23-24 because that's when i stop completely growing.

i mean, in almost all of my pictures, my nose is visibly bent to the side somewhat...who cares though...i still have been doing approaches, getting numbers, dates, and recently some hot action.

i used to care about it a lot...actually way too much because i used to be pretty insecure. but what's the point of stressing...it's not like i can do anything about it for another 2-3 years anyway.

to be honest, once you change your attitude, become truly comfortable and confident with yourself, things like appearance and other sh!t will matter less and less.

...btw, imo, your hair may be a bit long for spiking, in general. cut it shorter like the other guys said.

Seriously, though, Try a gel called Ice. Use a lot of it, and let it dry. Once that stuff sets, its like glue.

make sure that u get a good haircut....with a nice fade and shape up..go somewhere were ur friends or people ur age go and tell the person workin there what u wanna do with ur hair...they usually know what to do
