Ok I have been reading here and decided that I need to do something with my life. I am going to get back in school get a better job and work on myself and like I read here there is nothing you can't do. So one of my goals that I WILL meet is to get this woman back who dug me but I screwed it all up and I will be damned if I don't succed at this! I can do it and I don't give a fuvk what anybody says! So the only way I have of being around her is running into her somewhere What the heck do I say or do in a short little time that I have when I run in to her?

Why do you want to put all that effort improving your life, and then to try to get back some b1tch from your past? how about getting some new women? Seems kinda dumb to work so hard and then try to get back a woman from your past, instead of forgetting your past and starting new adventures and new women.

Well there are many options you can take with that one.

A - You could go after her right away

B - You could give it time, then as things even out; you've changed a little, she's changed a little; start to introduce her into your life again

C - Forget about her

D - None of the above

I'd say just set a plan and try to understand what to expect and be prepared to keep a cool head if plans dont go as expected.

Forgetting about her is always a "safe" option. Allows you to start with a clean slate with a new person.

But it's also not to say that the other options dont work.
