Hey,
In working on changing myself into a better person through this forum (you can get an idea of my situation through this active thread: http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=137164 , I have realized that I never seem to have as much energy as everyone else. Over the past few months, I have tried (for a day or two) to go to bed early (9PM) instead of my normal (11PM) on weeknights. I usually get up at 6:10AM to my alarm for school. On the weekends, I go to bed around midnight and wake up around 9AM-10AM. But I still feel out of it and tired all day.
I have tried exercising (running on treadmill for 30 minutes, some crunches, a little more-no weights) for a few days before and while I noticed that I felt a lot better after exercising for the next couple hours, the next day I didn't really feel it anymore.
My diet is usually very healthy (compared to other, even more energetic people). It consists of balanced meals with the meat usually being red meat or chicken. I eat salads/vegetables nearly every day. My breakfast consists of just cereal or Ego waffles or pop tarts complimented with a small glass of orange juice and a vitamin-C tablet.
As far as my personal build, I am tall (a little over 6 feet) and a bit skinny (I weigh around 140lbs). Also, I am 17 years old. I don't have any abs and for some odd reason for a long time, there hasn't been much more than like a half-centimeter of flesh between my ribs and skin.
So, any suggestions to get me to feel more awake and energetic everyday? As I mentioned, I have tried things, but they haven't seemed to have worked. I just always seem out of energy and tired.
Thanks!
