Bro, NOBODY ate healthier than me for a period of about 2 years...I wouldn't even eat a piece of candy, have ice cream, pizza, chips, etc.

You know what I found out? It's OK to have a day here and there where you allow yourself to eat whatever. Not only that but it's also good for you to prevent yourself from potentially getting to a point where you go crazy and binge on that food since you refuse to allow yourself to ever have it.

Below are 3 screenshots of my Hinge (dating app) and this girl sent me a 'like' and tried to open a conversation. She comments on my preference for fit chicks, claiming that tho she is not fit, she eats healthy…

What planet are these females living on. I’ve noticed women will make claims like, “I’m smart”, “I’m down to earth”, “I’m healthy”. Seems they talk a lot but what matters is action. You don’t need to say these things when I can see it in your actions.

In this case she directly contradicts her claim in her profile where she professes her pleasure in dipping french fries in ketchup and mayonnaise… I call her out on her bull**** and shut her down. I don't recommend anyone spend nearly as much time with pickup as I have. Seeing this **** and hearing stories about the following has me thrilled to have game. I can't stress enough to get this **** handled. Acquire competency approaching.
By pass AA. I have a preference for pickup but I know its ideal to use all means of sourcing baeeeees. I've been kicked off several apps and sites. No clue why but likely reported for not into body positivity. Don't engage. If anything be covert.

YouTube and OLD dating apps algorithm caters to women. The algorithms aim is to extract resources from men. As in, unless you pay, you aren't seen by the vast majority of women. Its life on easy mode when on top form SMV 18-23. Dude, approach. I am not saying its easy. I am saying that the ROI is a zillion times better in my experience. IOIs, choosing signals, eye ****ing etc is go time. Its a layup but don't be dependent on it. Approach 3x a day. Check out the London model. We're on lockdowns so bars and club are done. It's a ****ty ROI dating in the west. Just acquire competence in ability to open and make it a habit. You don't get deezed doing the pink girl weights. You must push yourself. Never let your confidence be effected by a girl who is a cheese burger or broken condom away from expiration.

At the risk of sounding based, I think the London model is king. Day game is gold. I don't care for bars 7 nights a week like when I was a teen. A trip grocery shopping, the gym, a dentist appointment for cleaning, and any reason why you leave your home. Its game time. Cultivate that ability.

Results is on a number of other things outside your control (height, looks, aesthetics, game, the girl, her mood,state, etc). Play the hand you are dealt. Live and learn. The SMP is a **** hole. Enjoy the decline. Pillage what you can. Hotter girls are turning 18 19 20 21 every day.

Gonna look into the "London Model". The dating apps actually charge men double what they charge women for the same "boost" serves btw. Which... sounds illegal... or unethical. At the very least is bull****. The algorithms literally bump you to the bottom unless you pay. They broadcast new profiles to get guys hooked, then take it away. ****ing manipulation. What does youtube do?

Yah, not only do I not drink anymore but was sick of paying $40 cover fees at the club, then buying expensive drinks for myself and women who don't reciprocate anything. Pay for a taxi, stand around for 7 hours all to not get laid. Was a waste of time and energy drain.
