Basically it's a combination of an antioxidant (pycnogenol) and an amino acid (l-arginine) which produce an increase of Nitric oxide in the bloodstream. It has an efficacy rate of over 80%, more than Viagra.
Keep in mind that this only effects men with minor or non-physical erection problems.
There's a supplement called Prelox which is a ready-mde mix of the two elements, but it's alot more expensive than just buying them seperately.
Anyway, I'll start taking this and see what the effects are. i don't have any erection problems beyond the occasional performance anxiety, so we'll see.
