I've been working out for around 3 weeks now, and was just wondering why my muscles looked so big after I'd finished my workout y'day. I did 5x5 of barbell-rows and overhead presses for the arm part of my workout, and after that my arm muscles looked huge, and they felt really tight and ached quite a bit. Btw, I really struggled on both the exercises and just managed to complete all the sets and reps. So I was just wondering, any reason to why my muscles looked so big?
