Lifting heavy (esp. squats, deadlifts, and cleans), proper eating (3-5 servings of lean red meat a week and green veggies everyday), making sure to take proper vitamin supplementation (part. zinc and magnesium, along with Vit. C and E) and lots of sleep.

Be an agressive guy, get worked up about things. Like I have a ski trip today, I'm running around all day yelling "SKI TRIP! SKI TRIP BABY!" A lifestyle like this will keep test high.
