im 6ft 160 pounds i would basically like to get rid of the fat around my stomach and definition overall by march 28. i was wondering how would brisk walking for 30 to 45 mins 6xs a week and hiit 3 times a week effect my body would it eat up all my muscle or as long as a drink a scoop of whey befor and then eat carbs after i wont lose much muscle. would doing both give me optimal results or can one give me quicker results then the other
