reverse curls with a bar that is really bent. I like that one quite a bit.
You gotta realize that forearms arent just one muscle, so you need a couple of exercises to work em properly.
The second exercise i do is just sit down with 35's.. and just move my wrist up and all the way down on the opposite side.. you can even drop the weight into your fingers more, see if that works it more.. do about 30 of these your foreamrs will kill..
Pullups have worked the best for me. Try grabbing the bar and squeezing it as hard as you can. Pretend you're going to bend it into an upside-down 'U' shape - this will increase the contraction in your forearms and also lock your shoulders in their sockets, which is always a safety plus. If you can keep this iron death grip steady on the bar you will have mighty forearms, I guarantee.
Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.
