How to use negs effectively

I recently bought a book from style called the game where it talks about "neg-hits". I have searched the archives and found some stuff on neg's but I want to ask people of their personal experience. Now do Neg's really work or is it just Bull****?

Negs definately work, but only on HB8 and aboves.

HB8+ women are used to AFCs going up to them all the time and complementing them. Hence, they have pre-programmed responses and instantly write them off.

By negging them, you trigger something in their pretty little heads, and you grab their attention and make them intrigued.

Always be sure to follow negs with a compliment, but keep them guessing.

One I used last night:

me: "hey! you have a dimple on your chin when you smile! reminds me of Kurt Douglas!" and then i actually poked her chin with my index finger.
her: HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
(b1tch shield broken)
me: but its cute though,
her: BIG grin on her face "what your name?"

.... and off i went into a routine.

Negging HB7s and below is risky. I wouldnt recommend it, just go in with the ****y/funny routines.
