Don't do deca or straight test.
There is a reason it is banned. Any unused portion all turns to estrogen anyway and makes you put on fat and water.
Cardio and lifting don't go together. Do lifts with compound movements to get your heartrate up instead. For example, bent over barbell rows instead of seated cable pulls and take your squats past completion by going on your toes for a calf raise. Lift 3 days and run your azz off 3 days. Shed calories from your diet a few hundred per week (NO MORE) by losing the carbs. ZERO carbs on your last meal of the day and until bed. Take a fat supplement to make sure your restricted diet doesn't leave you short of EFA, I like cod liver oil better than flax. And be patient, it takes several weeks even for naturally skinny, high metabolism, pencil neck hardgainers.
