Need a little help guys? just started work, we have been training in a classroom with about 20 people and i am really into this girl with whom i work with , we talk a lot and even eat lunch together(with her friend there and another person), she tends to show all the RIGHT signs of intrest such as
(1)eye contact (then when i see her she looks away)
(2) she laughs at what i say a lot
(3) talks to me a lot and is very friendly
(4)odd touch here and there
(5)asked me what i am doing on the weekend(invites me out)
(6)when it was mentions about me going out with another girls there, she then made it VERY clear that THAT I could do A LOT better( cause thats what she said)

SO you guys are my LAST resort!!!! WHAT does all this mean DO I HAVE A CHANCE IN HELL?????? MUST know she is intrested before i approach her cause we are co-workers and i dont wanna feel wierd around her if she says no

I'm in a similar situation (in that the being a co-worker is a problem)

I would say that she is really interested.

Try to get her in a situation where you are outside of work but THAT isn't asking specifically for a date and therefore wouldn't be misinterpreted as harrassment in the workplace if she ISN'T interested...do you have work parties? what sports do you like? what music? Drop this into conversation and if she sounds interested in the subject, invite her to something....

That way if she DOESN'T like you, you can just make out that you only wanted to be friends and it doesn't affect the work situation.
And if she does, you can find out in a non-work environment
