How to PRODUCE porn?

Ok, different question from a recent post. I'm not really interested in becoming a porn actor. But rather, a producer. Have a porn company.

I live in Mexico. The porn people look at is from the US. In computers and magazines. You can get motel footage rather easily, but that's inmoral, and you can't build a financial empire out of it.

So, besides the obvious attraction that porn is, I believe there is this gap that can be filled by local porn. A latin porn industry. With what people, in Mexico, at first, and then in all latinamerica want. That effect of the girl next door, and obvious differences in taste than that in the US.

What advice can you give me so that I can succesfully build a porn company?

I've read on one of the best porn producers bio and he had to start by going to film school. He then PROBABLY, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE learned act film school how to produce your own films. Except his films were PORN. And now he is one of the best in the industry. He has an edge on every other porn producer. You need something to make you stand out from the rest. This "latin america flava" or whatever you want to call is, doesn't really blow my mind. Start off by going to film school. Then go from there.

I was thinking about this the other day... i'm sure a lot of you have seen the "girls gone wild" videos that are put out. College & University chicks doing wild stuff in front of the camera. Why the hell aren't we doing this? It can't be that hard. Any insights ?

very weird, i was also thinking about the cash benefits of being the "middle-man" in the porn industry too, the other day.

i was thinking, if you wanted to do a film, it would be so easy to get local chumps to pay for sex with a girl (because many people are already paying for hookers, right?), and pay the girl a certain amount to participate. ie, pay the girl like $200 to do a few bjs, and get like $100 from each guy who she blows, and say you got 4 guys, and one girl...so that's $400-$200=$200 profit. i think it would actually be easier to do in college if you know a few slutty girls, and guys that don't get much play...although most people don't have much money in college, you would have to do it more often to be productive

i have absolutely no experience with this, so i'm just talking out of my ass here, and it was just something i was thinking of because i'm a bit short on cash, but i think it's definitely possible to do something like that. in other words, not make money from selling the video, but make money from recruiting chumps who rarely get sex to participate in the video, and pretending that you are making a video. and even if you do sell the video later, you can make a tiny bit more profit.

i guess you can change the numbers a bit too, and allow some coverage to pay someone for filming too. say like a 1-2hr film, and pay a filmer $30/hr, so $60 to him for filming. that's not a bad deal for all parties involved.

again, i am talking out of my ass with all this, no experience whatsoever, but i've always had "entrepreneurial" ideas that i'd like to just mess around with after i graduate college. my parents would be so proud
