Have a snack after working out, like a protein bar or somthing that you eat after working out. If you dont work out you dont eat it, so if your hungry you will work out so you get to eat.
This works for me because i have a fairly strict diet because if i eat when im hungry i cant maintain 9% bofyfat.
If you eat when you want, this obviously wont help you, unless you work out in the evening and say to yourself, im not going to eat anything else for the rest of the night unless i work out. But then you got to make sure you keep to that
