I consider myself a pretty confident guy. I have good body language, feel really comfortable in my own skin, and am not afriad to approach women. However a lot of the interactions i have with women seem really forced and unnatural, and they can pick up on this. But mostly my conversations and kino dont flow, and im always thiking of what to say next, or when to touch her, and sometimes it comes off as creepy. Especially when I have nothing to say and theres the dreaded awkward pause. It also always seems to me that its an ordeal to set up dates and it never feels right. It feels like im pushing for it to happen instead of the two of us just genuinely deciding to hang out. ANyways, i feel like my confidence is genuine, but my game isnt. How do i fix this?

I have the same problem sometimes. On a good day I can think of what to say quickly enough but the kino seems forced still. Any more suggestions would be cool.
