How to Go about this?

Alright Im finally thru and over my ex and I have my eyes on a perfect replacement. Thing is shes in the dorms next door and I only see her every once in a while. Though a shes friends with this girl whos 2 rooms down from a friend of mine. How should I go about asking her out? I mean I dont know when I'll even see her next. Would it be alright if I talked to her friend and asked what was up with her or would that make things awkward/weird??

Wait for that girl down stairs, pretend you doing something. She comes out pretend you bumped into her.. Create opportunity yourself.

I see what you're saying but shes in the dorm building next to mine. I guess I'll have to either wait til I see her with her friend in my building or just ask her friend whos in my building to introduce me or something.

That's not how it works, really. Talk to her first. Build rapport, gauge interest, THEN ask her out - if she's worth it.
