I have seen celerbrities whom have really white teeth. They almost look like white paper. Did they have their teeth clean by laser or something? I haven't been able to whiten my teeth like theirs. I am currently using whiten cream sold by Crest.

Has anyone on this forum had special dental cleaning to really whiten the teeth?

The celebs pay the big bucks to have their teeth done by professionals, but for us common folk:

Crest Whitening Strips. They Work. It is very important to follow the directions inside the box!!! Because if you do it wrong it might not work. Do this for about a week and you will see a difference. I did.

Brush your teeth no less than 2 times a day. And get this, if you don't use an electric tooth brush, invest in one immediately!!!

FLOSS your teeth. Flossing your teeth can help you AVOID having a HEART ATTACK.

YOU can either pay 500$ bucks and get profesional whitening, it will last for about 1-10 years, depends on what you eat and how you take care of them. If you dont have that amount of cash, then just brush em with a good paste 3-6 times a day. It will show a difference.

Crest whitestrips Professional are the way to go. You have to get them from your Dentist though. Not the ones from Walgreens

I heard something like "smoking makes your teeth yellow".

Does anyone know something about that?

depends on the smoker and how well they take care of their teeth.

if you brush and floss at least twice a day then you really shouldnt have yellow teeth.

soda and coffee stain your teeth also.

in the old days, people used baking soda however now you can buy crest toothpaste with that in it or you can buy the crest strips.

you can even talk to your dentist about professional whitening and they may even can work out a payment plan with you or see if a finance agency will finance it and you pay them low monthly payments which would actually build your credit in the long run.

I consulted my dentist about the cost for teeth whittening procedure. The initial cost is $400.00 for the first visit which include custom fit mouthpiece. This plastic mouthpiece will hold the whittening gel overnight. Other visits cost only $40 of the whittening gell. I have to start saving my money. I have to skip dating too. :( The price one has to pay to look handsome.

picard... I'll be the third

Crest Whitening Strips

Cheaper than the procedure, and it'll teach you good habits. I hope you don't go whacked and decide to go for the quick and easy way out like a non-DJ would.

PS shydude, STFU, your going to RIP your gums apart that way. People are going to se the veins popping from the flesh of your mouth and the gleaming red and swollen state of your gums will be horrible, continued bad brushing will make your gums recede, and you won't feel the rot as it will hit below your nerve linings and your jaw will rot from the inside out... Think long term.

No you don't. That's what your dentist says so you will buy from them and give them a profit. Don't be a sucker.

I bought the ones at Walgreens and they work.

I had one of those $400 procedures...I forget what it's called. They gave me deal to get the procedure done for around $300.

You sit in a chair for about an hour with some gyno-type tools and gauze shoved in your mouth to keep it open.
They put some paste on your teeth and then shine a UV light on them. You have to wear some UV glasses to protect your eyes.
They reapply some more paste and reshine the light every fifteen minutes.

My teeth felt a little sensitive during the procedure, but the results were pretty good. It didn't do such a good job around the areas where the tooth meets the gums (the dental assistants were a little incompetent too)...all those years from smoking.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Crest White Strips.

yes another reccomendation.

Besides that... you guys seen that home whitening kit, with the mouthpiece and UV light thing as well? Sh!t looks like it might be the professional technology (or at least approach) for the personal consumer. Wondered if anyone's tried it?

I bought one of those light kits before I got it done professionally.
I didn't like it.

I got a question about the white strips, to the ones who used it, did you feel that your teeth got more sensitive?

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

I brush with baking soda and water after I brush with tooth paste, and it seems to work well.

i think the professional ones the dentist sells just work a little faster, they have more gusto in it. that doesnt mean the other stuff doesnt work, it will just take a little bit longer .

they must work or the ada would not approve them for the market.
