How to get physical with women?

I have been on a fair few dates with girls over the last year or two, and do very well at initially attracting them and charming them (I am a very good conversationalist and very witty) but I stumble whenever it gets to the physical stage where I am expected to make a move......as I have very little experience with women.......Completely clueless.

Can everyone give me some advice on how to move to the physical stage....how to kiss a girl properly, best way to use kino on her, and how to seduce a girl
